This card is offers great rewards and bill payment service. Card holders with spotted credit and cannot easily qualify for an unsecured credit card. This prepaid MasterCard is great for helping those with damaged credit or no credit to build their credit. However, there is a Nineteen Dollars processing fee, as well as monthly charges of over Six Dollars for the first year.
