Breast Health Part II - Bowen Therapy Procedure - Used Successfully By Thousands of Women

Aloha and thank you for joining me. I am KG Stiles a Mind Body Therapist and Health Educator with advanced certification and training. For more than 30 years I have facilitated healing for thousands of people suffering from personal trauma, injury and illness.

The natural breast health procedure I'm about to teach you was discovered by the late Mr. Tom Bowen of Perth, Australia during the mid-1900's. This gentle and noninvasive technique has been used successfully to promote natural breast health in thousands of women and men throughout the world.

REMEMBER: Perform the first move on your least tender side first, or the left side first if there is no discernible difference in sensitivity of your breast tissue.

FIRST STEP: First, look down and notice the position of your nipple. The first move youll perform will be above your nipple line. You want to make contact with the breast tissue beneath your skin, instead of just sliding across your skin. Just remember you are moving the breast tissue beneath your skin and your moves are oriented to the center of your nipple.

With your hand, palm facing down, gently press the top of your breast downward. Take a deep breath, and let it out.

Now move your hand toward the outside of your body, keeping your hand "glued" to your skin instead of sliding across it. Draw your skin tissue to the outside without any pressure at all on the tissue underneath it as yet.

Now gently apply pressure inward, contacting the tissue beneath your skin and perform a move back toward the midline of your body, using gentle, even pressure. Move as far as your skin will let you without sliding across it.

Release your contact with the skin and relax. Be sure to inhale and exhale for several cycles of breathing.

Congratulations! You've completed the first move in a series of four I'll be teaching you. Please join me for Part III in my Breast Health article series to learn the powerful Bowen therapy procedure for promoting natural breast health.
