I've being reading a lot about weight loss, exercises, what foods to eat, when is the best time to exercise, supplements, nutrition etc.
These days you get so much information and you scratch your head wondering what is true or false information. You hear fitness gurus preach about amazing new diets and you sort of curious about it.
Have you ever done any of the above I have and still do. I believe in sensible eating and regular exercise is the way to go.
Weight Loss - reduce sugar intake is what I found to work extremely well for me.
I try to look after what I eat for breakfast I eat cereal but make sure the cereals are low in fat, have less than five percent added sugar and more than 8 grams of fibre per 100 grams and have at least 90 percent wholegrain. If salt is an issue I look for less than 400 milligrams per 100 grams.
If there is cereal that goes a little bit above this criteria that is fine.
For myself I lost a lot of weight by reducing my sugar intake. What I did by reducing sugar intake was to cut down on soft drinks such as Coca-Cola or Coke. What I have instead of Coca-Cola now is Coca-Cola Zero or Coke Zero, which I like a lot. I understand everyone is different and if you are a regular Coca-Cola drinker you might or might not like Coca-Cola Zero like I do. All I'm doing is making a point that sugar reduction can go a long way to reducing your weight. I don't mean go cold turkey but you'll be amazed if you reduced half of your normal sugar intake how much weight you can lose.
Along with reducing sugar intake I like to do regular exercise such as walking, jogging and running, also weights not a lot mined you just a little bit 3 times a week can go along way.
I get regular tips by subscribing to Burn The Fat newsletter and also at no cost I get 12 part mini-course named BIG FAT LIES which makes me look at these issues differently then I would normally and save me time looking up information like this. Tom Venuto gives these valuable tips for free such as hard-hitting information of covers-ups, lies, myths and deceptions in the diet, supplement and weight loss industries!
I hope you enjoyed this brief information on weight loss I will update in time my whole routine I do to keep myself fit and healthy but for starters I recommend reducing sugar intake and choose your breakfast cereals under these guidelines I have mentioned.
