Powernap

 

Do you have small kids, an exhausting job, feel tired? This is something everyone should do! Powernap is a short but most effective nap. You can take a Powernap at work or at home or even in your car. ( Be sure you are parked!). Usually you get sluggish after a long nap, but Powernap gives you more energy since you do not go into deep sleep. The perfect way for every parent to keep up the energy!

Be sure you will be undisturbed, close the door and get to it. Set your alarm clock (or mobile phone) to 15 minutes. Lie down on the sofa or a rug on the floor, somewhere you can stretch out. You must not be too comfortable! Find a relaxing position. Close your eyes, let your body relax and think about something nice. Let your thoughts fly away, dream about your summer vacation, your loved one, your own Paradise or something else that makes you feel calm! Responsibilities and worries must be absolutely absent during these 15 minutes! This is your time for recharging your batteries. When the alarm rings, get up, do not feel attempted to extra minutes, and you have hopefully refilled your energy!
