The Power of Questions

Your mind is so creative. Did you know that every time you ask a question, your non-conscious mind goes to work immediately to get an answer? Isnt that remarkable? That part of your mind is the software running in the background and controlling your choices.

Once you have asked the question, it goes to work to find the circumstances to give you the answer.

That can work against you or for you. What are you asking yourself? Do you ever ask the question how could I be so dumb? Just like a heat seeking missile, that part of your mind is finding proof wherever it can. You see, it does not judge the question as good or bad, or un-resourceful or resourceful. It just goes to work to provide the people, events and circumstances to show you how dumb you can be. Havent you noticed that once you are in that frame of mind, everything seems to spiral downward and you end up feeling really dumb?

Think of the potential and the power you possess once you use this to your advantage. Have you ever wanted something, but it seemed like it was out of your reach? The people that have achieved what you want started with the question. How can I get that? Then they waited for the answers. They know the way the powerful questions work.

Start asking yourself resourceful questions. Write out a goal and ask how you can get what you want. Continue to ask the question. Just stay open to the answers. I would suggest you carry a notebook with you, or some way of keeping track of the ideas you will notice. They will be little inspirations that come at the most unexpected moments. You may get the answer at 3:00 am, so be prepared to be flexible and open. You will start noticing how people will show up to give you exactly what you need. Just stay focused on your goal and keep asking how.

You see, the how is never really your business. That is how most of us limit ourselves. We think that it is our job to figure out the how. It limits us every time. Our job is to know what we want and to keep focused on what it will look and feel like when we have it. Then we ask how and the answers will show up.

Isnt that a wonderful system?
