Spirituality: Living In An Aging Physical Body

We all have one, an aging physical body that will, many believe, breakdown and leave us at some point.

In spite of this how often do you ask yourself: "How does this serve me?"

This probably sounds like a strange, if not irrelevant question to you. Yet, if you look at it you likely have structured your life and most of your beliefs around this very matter without even realizing you have done so.

In other words this simple "fact" that you live in an aging physical body has determined the way you live and look at your whole life. So you see it serves you in ways that you never even considered.

Now that I've got your attention I ask that you follow me a bit further, if you wish. So more specifically, how does this "fact" serve you? Well lets look at some of your beliefs around this.

Does it not serve to?

1) Help you plan your life out so that you will achieve all your priorities, so that,

2) At the end you will feel accomplished, successful, happy, fulfilled, at peace, and joyful?

In other words do you not unconsciously buy into the belief that:

(A) Having an aging physical body serves to make you feel accomplished, successful, happy, fulfilled, at peace, and joyful?

That sounds a bit odd doesn't it? Do you know why? Well because if you look at what it "feels" like to live in an aging physical body you notice the following:

1) Rushed by too little time to do all that you want

2) Feeling stressed out as a result of this.

3. Feeling uncertain and anxious as to how much time you have left.

4). Feel vulnerable at the thought that it, your body, could breakdown before you want it to.

5) Feel sad that you won't be able to accomplish everything that you may want to.

6) Feel extremely limited.

7) Feel deprived of a happier and more fulfilling life.

8) Feel that success will never be realized because there are more things you want to do than you feel you have the time for.

9) Feel trapped, frustrated and angry with your situation.

10) And so on.

So does statement (A) resonate as the truth for you now?

Not likely, yet you were allowing yourself to believe it, why? Well because recognizing the truth about your situation would likely overwhelm you with a great feeling of sadness.

Sadness that you thought you could do nothing about, correct? Well here's something if you wish to entertain it.

Go inside yourself and simply recognize that you do feel this sadness about your situation. Once you have done so then notice how you feel.

If you are with me so far you might find that you have had what I call a paradoxical reaction. Rather than feel overwhelmed you probably feel better than you thought you would. In some cases individuals feel a sense of relief, calmer, more energized, more alive, more present and more joyful than ever before.

If you know what I mean let me explain what has just happened. You have just re-established your Divine Self within your physical body. By doing so you have begun to support you body in a way you never have before, with Divine Loving Life Energy.

Now, you needn't believe me on what I'm going to say next, just simply notice if it resonates with you at a deeper level that simply your intellect:

"When you as a Divine Presence are more fully in you body in this way you have the potential to make it immortal."

If this resonates with you and you wish to know more then kindly visit the web link below where I have a special audio message waiting for you there.
