How To Unleash The Power In The Other 98% Of Your Unused Brain

Did you know that the 98% of your brain/mind that goes unused corresponds to what many call your unconscious mind?

Why do we have an unconscious mind?

Now that might sound like a strange question but please bear with me for the duration of this article and you may learn something that you already knew but was lost somewhere in your unconscious mind.

If we were to remember and be flooded with all aspects of our life history at every moment of every day how would we get anything done? Well we wouldn't would we?

The answer to that question has two sides to it. Let me explain.

If you ever pay attention to the "structure" of your mental consciousness you will find that it has essentially 3 layers to it. Psychologists refer to them as the conscious mind, pre-conscious mind and the unconscious mind.

The conscious mind contains everything that you are immediately aware of and focused on at this very moment.

The pre-conscious mind contains information that is somewhat removed from your awareness but that can be retrieved readily by simply drawing your attention to it.

The unconscious mind stores information that is often difficult to retrieve and which you sometimes experience symbolically disguised in your sleeping dreams.

Much effort has gone into attempting to "make the unconscious conscious" because it is believed that much useful information and capabilities are buried there.

For instance tapping into the unconscious mind has been linked with such things as: enhanced intuitive abilities, photographic memory capacity, remote viewing, accessing inner guides, tapping into the collective mind, channeling experiences and much more.

It's curious that some individuals are more able to access this realm than others.

My questions are:

1. Why is that?

2. Why can't we all do so?

3. How can we all do so?

In order to answer this I wish to address the reason why we have an unconscious mind at all and whether this is a normal phenomenon .

As I mentioned earlier the unconscious mind is supposed to keep unnecessary and disruptive information out of one's immediate awareness.

But this is not just any information.

It is emotionally traumatic information.

In other words it is incidents and memories of trauma that are kept out of awareness and this is done largely out of a fear of re-experiencing the emotional pain of this history from moment to moment.

What is interesting is that this fear of re-experiencing emotional pain creates the dividing line between what we call consciousness and unconsciousness. It is my view that if we never experienced any trauma during our lives this dividing line would become unnecessary and hence would cease to exist.

In other words everything would become conscious or pre-conscious.

Another way of saying this is that we would be using 100 percent of our brain capacity all of the time rather than simply 1 to 2 percent of it!

So what is being said here is that stored emotional trauma shuts down the enormous capacities that we all have in our brains/minds. As the uncomfortable memories of trauma become buried out of fear the other more useful information i.e. what you've learned or experienced also becomes buried in the unconscious mind.

This is equivalent to "brain shut down".

It also conforms to studies that show that individuals who use their brains more actively as they age retain greater functional brain capacity into their later years.

Now it is possible to begin to completely release these buried emotionally traumatic experiences thereby effectively "lowering the bar" of the unconscious/conscious dividing line so that more functional brain capacity can be reclaimed.

This has been found to occur using a new modality called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) which allows one to uncover and remove old traumatic scars from the unconscious mind easily, quickly, painlessly and effectively.

As an individual experiences this process they begin to reclaim a greater sense of effectiveness than they have ever known before in their lives.

Effectively this represents the emergence of capacities that they have always had but never had access to.
